Protein Banana Pecan Belgium Waffle


  • 1 Heaping Cup of Kodiak Power Cake pancake mix
  • 1 Ripe banana mashed
  • 1 cup Milk- I used whole milk, but I am sure 2% or nonfat will work
  • 1/4 cup Chopped pecans


  1. Preheat Belgium waffle maker
  2. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, pecans and mashed bananas
  3. Do not overmix, batter will be lumpy
  4. Allow mix to sit for approximately 5 minutes
  5. Pour batter into pre-heated waffle maker
